David

Finally got round to seeing prometheus. Not 100% about the film overall but thought Michael Fassbender was brilliant as the android David. The scene at the end, where Elizabeth places his live decapitated head into a carrybag and zips it up, stuck out in my mind for whatever reason.

Captain Quint

Went to see the Jaws re-issue in the cinema the other night. Forgotten just how great a movie it is. Here's a little homage to the bad-ass captain Quint.

lecool @ Offset

Here's the image I did up as part of lecool's 'power of ten' presentation at Offset this weekend. They did a crowd-sourced presentation illustrating ten elevator pitches to make Dublin city a better place. This image was to accompany the 'Burn the city down and start over' idea.

Offset 2012

Had a great weekend at Offset in the Grand Canal theatre. So many inspiring speakers and amazing work packed into 3 days.

Conference Centre Crocodilio

Every time I pass the Dublin Conference Centre I see this crocodile staring back at me. All it needed was a few teeth and some pupils and voila!

hi-vis

Here's an illustration I was commissioned to do a little while back for St.Clare's school Harold's Cross. It's all about kids heading into school in their hi-vis jackets during the dark Autumn mornings.
